Our clients who own multi-family or commercial properties often make regular and extensive use of our complete apartment and commercial
rental service. Select Realty can assist you with your rentals by providing any or all of these services:
- Evaluate the subject rental unit
- Advertise the vacancy (see sample ads for: Mike; or Randy)
- Receive calls and inquiries about the vacancy
- Conduct showings of the vacant unit
- Screen potential tenants
- Perform credit and background checks
- Collect first (and possibly last) months’ rent and/or Security Deposit
- Provide appropriate Leases
- Provide Unit Condition forms
- Complete all other required paperwork
- Provide copies to all parties
All this and you also remain compliant with Fair Housing, Lead Paint, and other NYS regulations.
